SOULCORE LEADER - DENISE

Born and raised in Massachusetts and a resident of Barrington, NH for over 28 years, Denise is a life-long practicing Catholic with a personal devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary. She cherishes her time with her family, husband George of 28 years, son George, 21, and daughter Jessica, 17. They enthroned in their home the Sacred Heart of Jesus many years ago and have been graced with blessings ever since and continue to receive graces from this devotion which they renew every year on the Feast of the Sacred Heart.

In service to her parish and the faith community, Denise has been an active member on the Parish Pastoral Council since 2003 and is currently seated as the Chairman of the Pastoral Council serving her fourth year in this capacity. In addition, she has served as a Life Teen Core Youth Minister to the parish teens for six years. She also serves as an Extraordinary Minister of Communion, is a Cursillista, and organizes and directs the parish Ministry Fairs. 

Denise has a special devotion to the rosary and prays the rosary daily and has consecrated her life and family to Jesus through Mary. 

Denise has been a fitness enthusiast her whole life and has a diploma in Fitness and Nutrition and a degree in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University. She is in her 16th year of training in the martial art of Isshin-Ryu Karate and is a Certified 3rd Degree Black Belt.
